Mark Christian is Group CEO & Chief Architect for Terraform Group — leading strategic direction, venture architecture and technology-enabled development across the portfolio, from board-level thesis to the systems, workflows and product choices that make ventures operable and investable.

His work spans AI strategy and architecture, workflow automation, operating models, governance, secure knowledge systems, CRM and business-systems design, data ingestion, validation, reporting and controlled pilot delivery.

Mark has delivered and advised across the United Kingdom, Malta, Germany, Luxembourg, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Azerbaijan, South Africa, India, the UAE, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Qatar — including regulated programme recovery, risk, compliance and governance-aware change.

He connects venture-building conversations with practical platforms — including the NETLITE™ connectivity venture and the agriculture, water and energy companies within the Terraform portfolio.

His technical leadership covers cloud-native delivery, modern development environments, enterprise and legacy modernisation, and cybersecurity-aware controls — so venture design remains implementable, not theoretical.

Mark is particularly active where sensitive technology must be introduced with appropriate workflow design, human accountability and deployment discipline.

Jane leads people strategy, HR capability, talent development and organisational readiness across Terraform Group and its portfolio companies — supporting growth, team structure, recruitment, workforce planning and people operations.

Debi supports Terraform Group through Culture, Adoption & Strategic Relationships — strategic relationship development, partner engagement, culture-led adoption and workforce transformation.

Debi helps leadership teams and workforces adopt new service models with confidence, improve day-to-day collaboration, and strengthen customer experience. She connects employee engagement, customer culture and ethical commercial outcomes.

Her support spans workforce readiness, leadership coaching, engagement programmes, culture transformation, adoption workshops, service improvement and embedding new tools into frontline practice across agriculture, water, energy and connectivity ventures.

Debi’s client and facilitation experience spans the UK, UAE, USA and wider Europe — including work with leading brands and public-sector bodies, alongside international programmes through Something New Together and Henley Business School.

Ian Rogers

Group CTO & CRO

Ian leads technology direction, risk oversight, implementation planning and delivery alignment across Terraform ventures — helping turn product strategy into practical systems, scalable platforms and risk-aware delivery structures.

Ian Rogers is Group CTO & CRO for Terraform Group — leading technology direction, risk oversight, implementation planning and delivery alignment so product strategy becomes practical systems, scalable platforms and risk-aware delivery structures across the venture portfolio.

His work turns strategy into movement: clarifying how a venture or programme will be delivered, who must be aligned, what comes first, and how technology-enabled improvement will operate in real environments.

Ian supports business change, technology-enabled transformation, operating model design, stakeholder engagement and recovery of pressured programmes — including complex multi-partner initiatives in government-aligned and infrastructure contexts.

His delivery experience spans the Gulf and South Asia — including Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan — as well as the UK and Europe, where priorities, partners and implementation routes must be aligned under time pressure.

Across portfolio companies adopting connectivity, reporting and operations tooling, Ian keeps programmes grounded in outcomes, understood by affected teams, and supported by clear governance rather than abstract recommendations.

He works with Terraform Group partners so sponsors receive coherent end-to-end delivery across people, systems, risk and technology workstreams.

Dale Christian

Head of Engineering

Dale leads hands-on engineering across Terraform ventures — turning architecture and product direction into secure, maintainable applications, integrations, deployment pipelines and working product capability.

Dale Christian is Head of Engineering for Terraform Group — responsible for hands-on implementation quality across venture products, shared platform components and integration work, from architecture through to working product capability.

He works from architecture and venture requirements through to production-ready code — web and mobile clients, APIs, data layers, automation and the tooling teams need to ship reliably.

Dale partners with Mark Christian and venture leads on technical standards, repository structure, CI/CD, testing discipline and pragmatic delivery under programme timelines.

His focus is on readable, operable systems: ventures must be supportable in the field, not only demonstrable in a pilot.

Across the portfolio he contributes to connectivity and operations tooling, and agriculture, water and energy workflows where secure engineering and auditability matter.

Chief AI Officer

Dr Ramakrishna leads AI strategy and architecture across Terraform Group — including agent design, model integration, knowledge systems, automation patterns, AI governance hooks and reusable components for safe, useful AI capability across the group’s ventures.

The role spans agent orchestration, retrieval and knowledge layers, prompt and tool boundaries, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation patterns and the integration of models into real business workflows.

Dr Ramakrishna works with venture teams so each company adopts AI appropriate to its risk profile — from customer operations and funding research to field intelligence, monitoring support and programme reporting.

Architecture choices emphasise observability, data handling, fallback behaviour and clear accountability — especially where ventures operate in regulated or politically visible environments.

By standardising reusable AI building blocks, the group can move faster on new ventures while keeping delivery consistent with group technology direction.

This critical role focuses on establishing robust corporate governance, managing complex cross-border company formations, drafting seed/series investment agreements, and protecting proprietary intellectual property across the Gulf, UK, and African regions.
